Finance Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Supply Chain Manager to lead finance, governance and end‑to‑end supply‑chain operations for a Kuwait‑based consumer business in the Food & Beverage sector. The role is strategic, focused on strengthening controls, improving cash flow and supporting sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all finance and supply‑chain activities, ensuring financial integrity and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee financial records, reconciliations, monthly/quarterly/annual closing and statutory reporting.
• Design and implement internal control frameworks and governance structures.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital improvement, treasury and banking relationships.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, business planning and financial analysis.
• Own demand and supply planning, procurement, warehousing, inventory accuracy and distribution performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA or equivalent).
• 10+ years of finance experience, preferably in F&B or FMCG.
• Senior finance leadership with full business responsibility.
• Hands‑on experience in supply‑chain operations, procurement and logistics.
• GCC experience, fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
