Financial Consultant – Finance Advisory & ERP

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Financial Consultant to provide advisory, analysis, and solution support across core finance processes. You will work with enterprise clients to deliver insights, improve performance, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial advisory across General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Treasury, and Tax.
• Analyze financial data and deliver actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Manage finance applications (ERP/SaaS), handling incidents and enhancements.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal controls.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of experience in Finance Consulting, Financial Analysis, or ERP Finance modules.
• Good knowledge of Application Maintenance Support (ITSM).
• Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Experience in at least one area: Treasury, Tax, or FP&A.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
