VP - Head of Risk Performance Strategy and Analytics

About the role

The VP – Head of Risk Performance Strategy and Analytics will lead the development of CBG's risk performance strategy using advanced analytics, predictive modeling and data science solutions to improve collections, recoveries and overall portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of modeling, data analytics and reporting to improve collections recovery and cure rates.
• Design and maintain portfolio analysis tools such as self‑service cubes, dashboards and DMRs.
• Develop early‑warning and delinquency prediction models to enhance onboarding and underwriting processes.
• Lead the design, deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement of predictive models for collections performance.
• Provide project management expertise, define analytical scope and methodology, and ensure model governance compliance.
• Acquire, develop, coach and retain a high‑performing analytics team.

Required profile

• Graduate or Post‑graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of analytics experience, including at least 3 years in people management.
• Experience in the collections sector is preferred.
