Fit-Out Projects Manager, Engineer & Supervisor – Kuwait

About the role

Tri East Company is expanding its Fit-Out Division and is looking for experienced professionals to manage, engineer, and supervise interior fit‑out projects for high‑profile retail and F&B developments across Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fit‑out projects from inception to completion, developing schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning site activities, reviewing drawings and preparing material submittals.
• Supervise civil, finishes, joinery and MEP works on site, ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, monitor workforce and subcontractor performance, and report issues to senior management.
• Support snagging, testing and final handover activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design (or relevant diploma for supervisory role).
• Minimum 10 years fit‑out experience for managerial role; 3–6 years for engineering role; 5+ years site supervision for supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials and MEP works.
• Valid Kuwait residency (transferable) and Kuwait driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera for scheduling.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
