Fitness Trainer (Female)

About the role

Join the Health Club at Holiday Inn® & Suites Kuwait Salmiya as a Fitness Trainer dedicated to delivering engaging group classes and personalized training. You will create a welcoming, energetic environment for guests and members while ensuring safety and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and design exercise programs tailored to individual goals.
• Lead group classes such as Zumba, Pilates, aerobics, circuit and functional training.
• Provide personal training sessions, demonstrate correct techniques, and monitor participants.
• Maintain equipment safety, cleanliness, and report any maintenance issues.
• Promote fitness programs, memberships, and support health‑club events.

Required profile

• Recognized Fitness Trainer/Personal Trainer certification.
• Experience leading Zumba or Pilates classes is highly preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Previous experience in a hotel, health club, gym or wellness facility.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and guest‑focused attitude.
