Fitness Trainer – Group Classes & Personal Training

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic female Fitness Trainer to lead group classes and provide personal training at our Holiday Inn® & Suites Kuwait Salmiya health club. The role combines delivering engaging fitness programs with maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and design individualized exercise plans.
• Lead a variety of group classes such as Zumba, Pilates, aerobics, circuit and functional training.
• Provide personal training sessions, demonstrating correct techniques and equipment use.
• Monitor participants, adjust workouts to fitness levels, and ensure safety of all equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym area and report any maintenance issues.
• Promote club programs, memberships and support health‑club events and wellness initiatives.

Required profile

• Recognized Fitness Trainer/Personal Trainer certification.
• Experience leading group fitness classes, preferably Zumba or Pilates.
• Previous experience in a hotel, health club or similar wellness facility.
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a guest‑focused, energetic attitude.
