Fleet Sales Consultant (Mercedes Benz)

About the role

The Fleet Sales Consultant will lead business‑to‑business sales activities for Mercedes Benz vehicles, building strong relationships with ministries, corporations, rental firms and other high‑profile clients in Kuwait. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fleet sales for ministries, corporate houses, contracting companies, car rental firms, government and high‑profile customers.
• Create sales presentations that meet brand standards.
• Conduct in‑depth needs analysis to help customers select appropriate products.
• Provide high‑quality service throughout the sales process, from prospecting to hand‑over.
• Make calls to prospective customers and distribute marketing collateral such as brochures and catalogues.
• Prepare quotations based on pricing guidelines and customer requirements.
• Coordinate paperwork, vehicle registration and insurance according to company policies.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and escalate complex cases to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.
• Explain payment terms, raise purchase orders and ensure collections are realized.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Automotive or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Experience in automotive fleet sales is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Available to work the 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM shift.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems.
