Food & Beverage Assistant

About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant hotel team as a Food & Beverage Assistant, where you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests across the bar, restaurant, room service, and event spaces. Your friendly presence and attention to detail will contribute directly to the warm hospitality the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations in all F&B areas, including bar, restaurant, room service, and events.
• Greet guests, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages with a consistently high level of service.
• Set and arrange tables, fold napkins, and place tableware for dining and special events.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol‑service regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
