About the role

As a Food & Beverage Associate you will be the front‑line ambassador of our dining experience, ensuring guests receive friendly, efficient service from greeting to checkout. You will work closely with kitchen and fellow team members to deliver high‑quality meals and maintain a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take customer orders, answer menu questions and make recommendations.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure accurate, timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Serve meals and drinks according to presentation standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and special requests promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area, set tables and clear dishes.
• Collaborate with kitchen and F&B team to coordinate service flow.
• Upsell menu items and promote special promotions.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Follow hygiene, health and safety guidelines.
• Assist in restocking supplies as needed.
