About the role

As a Food & Beverage Associate you will be the front‑line ambassador of our dining experience, ensuring every guest receives prompt, friendly, and high‑quality service. You will take orders, serve meals and drinks, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
• Take orders, answer menu questions, and make recommendations.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery.
• Serve food and beverages according to presentation standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests courteously.
• Maintain a tidy dining area, set tables, and clear dishes.
• Upsell menu items and promote special promotions.
• Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with restocking supplies as needed.
