About the role
The Food & Beverage Supervisor will lead the resort’s F&B operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a safe, high‑quality dining experience. You will work closely with the team to drive satisfaction, uphold brand standards, and support business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily F&B service to maximise guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment and guarantee the highest quality of food and beverage served.
- Develop and sustain a strong team culture, delivering prompt and courteous service in line with brand standards.
- Manage team member relations, provide training, and empower staff to solve problems independently.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and brand guidelines.
Required profile
- College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Strong passion for leadership, teamwork and operational excellence.
- Excellent attention to detail and guest service skills.
