Freelance AI Trainer – Civil Engineer & Python Expert

About the role

We are looking for a freelance AI trainer who combines civil engineering expertise with strong Python programming skills. You will design and validate computational engineering problems that are used to test and improve AI systems for leading tech companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design original computational engineering problems that simulate real engineering workflows.
• Create Python‑based tasks that require numerical methods, iterative solutions, and optimization.
• Base problems on real research challenges or practical engineering applications.
• Verify solutions using Python and standard engineering libraries.
• Document problem statements clearly and provide verified correct answers.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional, research, or teaching experience.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1+).
• Understanding of practical engineering constraints and approximations.
