Freelance AI Trainer – Data Annotation

About the role

Toloka is looking for remote freelancers to join its AI Trainer community. As a data annotator you will help improve generative AI models by reviewing and labeling various types of content such as text, images, and video. Work is project‑based, so tasks appear only when relevant AI projects are active.

Key responsibilities

• Carefully examine provided data (text, images, or videos) and assign labels or classifications according to project guidelines.
• Identify and flag content that is factually incorrect, sensitive, inappropriate, or unclear.
• Follow detailed instructions and ask clarifying questions when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least one year of professional experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.
• Strong logical thinking, fact‑checking, and reasoning abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Genuine interest in technology and artificial intelligence.
