Front Office Agent

About the role

Join a leading hospitality brand as a Front Office Agent, delivering a warm welcome and memorable experience for every guest. You will be the first point of contact, handling check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest enquiries both in person and over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, providing personalized service.
• Take and manage guest bookings, identify up‑selling opportunities, and promote additional services.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Check guests in and out efficiently, verify IDs, issue room keys, and manage safety deposit boxes.
• Record guest preferences, respond to requests, and resolve issues or escalations.
• Maintain safety standards, report incidents, and wear required protective gear.
• Stay informed about daily events and activities, and assist colleagues with ad‑hoc duties as needed.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required profile

• High school diploma; a college or university degree is a plus.
• At least one year of experience in a front desk or guest service role.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb (23 kg), including bending and kneeling.
• Professional appearance and strong brand ambassador mindset.
