About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Front Office Receptionist and be the first smile guests see. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences while delivering the warmth and hospitality that define the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, complete check‑in, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials or bell‑service assistance.
• Process departures by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts and using the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive information on hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local attractions.
• Promote hotel amenities and services through up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage communications effectively.
