Full Stack .NET Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack .NET Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications and APIs. The role sits at the intersection of business and technology, translating financial services requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to turn business needs into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain front‑end applications using JavaScript and React.
• Build and sustain high‑performance APIs with ASP.NET, C# and .NET Core.
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure optimal performance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
• Oversee integration of front‑end and back‑end components for seamless functionality.
• Maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and API specs.
• Mentor and grow the full‑stack development team, fostering continuous learning.
• Coordinate project timelines and resource allocation to meet delivery goals.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with .NET Core and ASP.NET technologies.
• Background in the FinTech domain with payment integration exposure.
• Ability to work on the Kuwait work calendar (Sunday‑Thursday) and provide a personal laptop.
