Full/Associate/Assistant Professor of Business Administration – Relocation to Kuwait

About the role

American International University (AIU) seeks dynamic full‑time faculty members for its School of Business in Kuwait. The position requires relocation and is open to unaccompanied candidates. Successful applicants will teach Business Administration courses and general‑education classes while contributing to research and university service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate courses in finance, organization behaviour, business computer applications, introduction to business, operations management, and general‑education subjects.
• Engage in curriculum development, mentorship, and supervision of capstone or senior‑thesis projects.
• Participate in research activities, publish peer‑reviewed work, and contribute to school and university service.
• Collaborate with faculty across disciplines and support accreditation processes.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field.
• Minimum five years of university‑level teaching experience for associate and full professor ranks.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and a strong record of professional or research‑based work.
• Effective communication skills in English and cultural competency for multicultural academic environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with industry‑standard business software.
• Expertise in AI implementation within business education.
• Ability to apply business computer applications in classroom settings.
