Full/Associate/Assistant Professor of Marketing

About the role

The School of Business at AIU seeks a full‑time faculty member in Marketing at the rank of Full, Associate, or Assistant Professor, depending on qualifications. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses, develop innovative curricula, and contribute to research and academic service.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in Marketing.
• Develop innovative, technology‑enhanced curricula using AI tools and interactive learning platforms.
• Update course content to align with industry standards and accreditation requirements.
• Supervise senior projects and provide academic advising, mentoring, and student support.
• Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.
• Support program assessment, accreditation, and quality‑assurance activities.

Required profile

• PhD in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of university teaching experience with demonstrated excellence in Marketing.
• Strong academic research and/or professional industry expertise in Marketing.
• Ability to develop innovative, technology‑enabled courses, including effective use of AI tools.
• Experience with curriculum development, assessment, accreditation, and quality assurance.
• Strong English communication, advising, mentoring, and student‑engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse and multicultural academic environments.
