Marketing Manager

About the role

The client, an established manufacturing company in Kuwait, seeks a Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing, branding, and public‑relations strategies for both local and export markets. You will lead a team, integrate AI tools, and support sales growth through targeted campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing, branding, and PR strategies across local and export markets.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, content creation, and promotional materials.
• Build relationships with government entities, industrial customers, and retail partners.
• Strengthen brand visibility through retail activations, sponsorships, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Support sales and export growth via targeted campaigns and lead generation.
• Lead the marketing team and integrate AI tools to improve productivity and campaign delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least five years of marketing experience, including two years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, brand management, and content development.
• Practical proficiency with AI tools for content creation, market research, analysis, and reporting.
• Arabic speaker with fluent English and strong understanding of Kuwaiti culture and the local public‑sector environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable combining strategic planning with practical execution.
• Experience in industrial, automotive, lubricants, manufacturing, or oil and gas sectors is an advantage.
