Garden Designer – Creative Landscape Design

About the role

We are looking for a creative Garden Designer to develop innovative, visually appealing garden concepts tailored to client needs and site conditions. The role involves translating client visions into detailed design plans and collaborating with the execution team to bring these designs to life.

Key responsibilities

• Create innovative garden designs customized to each site and client requirements.
• Prepare detailed design plans and drawings using specialized software.
• Select appropriate plants, trees, flowers, and decorative elements.
• Coordinate with the execution team to ensure accurate on‑site implementation.
• Conduct site visits to assess environmental conditions before design.
• Present and explain designs to clients clearly and compellingly.
• Modify designs based on feedback from clients and the execution team.
• Stay updated on global garden design trends and incorporate them into projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in garden or green‑space design.
• Strong artistic sense with ability to balance aesthetics and functionality.
• Good knowledge of plant varieties, characteristics, and growth requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to translate client vision into practical designs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Photoshop or similar design tools.
