Gate Pass Coordinator – Kuwait

About the role

We are looking for a Gate Pass Coordinator to join our team in Salmiya, Kuwait. The role involves managing gate pass and site access permit processes while ensuring smooth coordination between clients, security teams, and site personnel. This is a full‑time, on‑site position that requires strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and issue gate passes and access permits.
• Coordinate with clients, security personnel, and site staff to verify requirements.
• Monitor the status of gate passes and ensure timely approvals.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all permits.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid Kuwait driving license.
• Experience in processing gate passes, site access permits, or similar administrative functions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Arabic language.
• Proficiency in English language.
