General Manager – E‑Commerce Fitness Apparel (Remote)

About the role

The General Manager will lead Qynda’s end‑to‑end business operations, overseeing e‑commerce, brand, performance marketing and supply‑chain functions. This remote‑based role focuses on driving profitable growth and strong brand positioning within the fitness wear segment.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility and develop growth strategies across target markets, especially the GCC.
• Oversee website performance, UX and conversion optimisation; lead paid‑media strategy across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Define and strengthen Qynda’s brand positioning, leading content, influencer and social media initiatives.
• Collaborate on product selection, pricing, inventory planning and optimise product mix for margin and sell‑through.
• Manage end‑to‑end operations including inventory, warehousing, fulfillment and vendor relationships to reduce stockouts and improve delivery timelines.
• Build and manage remote cross‑functional teams, setting KPIs, accountability structures and fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
• Proven ability to scale D2C/e‑commerce brands.
• Deep understanding of paid‑media funnels, analytics and performance marketing.
• Experience managing supply‑chain and inventory processes.
• Demonstrated leadership of remote, cross‑functional teams.
