Sales Executive (Training Courses)

About the role

Jawda is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote its training courses and increase enrollments across individual and corporate clients in Kuwait. The role focuses on generating new business, converting leads into registrations, and expanding corporate partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Jawda’s training programmes to individuals and companies.
• Convert inbound leads into confirmed course registrations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients for group bookings.
• Provide customer insights to support marketing campaigns.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, events and field visits.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in training or service industries.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence.
• Target‑driven, customer‑focused and organized with strong follow‑up abilities.
• Currently residing in Kuwait.
