General Manager – Luxury Men's Wellness, Spa & Health Club

About the role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the daily operations of a premium men’s wellness, spa and health club. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of club operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and high standards.
• Lead, coach and develop a multi‑functional team to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve escalated issues and uphold a luxury experience.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance and productivity to optimise efficiency.
• Drive revenue through memberships, service packages, retail sales and upselling initiatives.
• Control operational budgets, monitor expenses and support profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage inventory and procurement processes.
• Track operational KPIs, prepare performance reports and implement corrective actions.
• Support marketing and business development activities to boost acquisition and retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations or general management within wellness, spa, hospitality or luxury service environments.
• Proven ability to manage daily operations, multi‑disciplinary teams and service delivery.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting and revenue generation.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
