Graphic Designer – POS & Digital Content

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to produce point‑of‑sale (POS) materials and digital social content for our brand in Kuwait. The role involves turning marketing briefs into eye‑catching designs for both print and online channels while maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design POS assets such as banners, shelf talkers, wobblers, signage, packaging sleeves and display boxes.
• Create static and animated social media assets, including reels thumbnails and stories.
• Prepare print‑ready files with correct colour specifications, dielines, bleed and resolution.
• Adapt existing creatives into multiple formats and sizes for offline and digital use.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers and agencies to ensure high‑quality production.
• Maintain consistent visual identity across all channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in retail, FMCG or agency settings.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating POS, print and digital work.
• Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Arabic and English language abilities are a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• After Effects or Premiere (preferred).
• Knowledge of pre‑press and printing processes (offset, digital, flexo).
• POS design and print finalisation.
