In-Store Visual Merchandiser

About the role

We are looking for an In‑Store Visual Merchandiser to develop and communicate visual concepts that promote our brand and products within our Kuwait store. You will be responsible for creating eye‑catching displays, training the store team and ensuring brand standards are consistently applied.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement window and in‑store displays that align with brand guidelines and drive commercial sales.
• Develop floor plans, arrange merchandise, signage and fixtures to maximise visual impact.
• Use creative lighting techniques to enhance product presentation.
• Photograph all visual changes and maintain a visual archive.
• Coach and train store staff on visual merchandising standards and visual presentation (VP) tasks.
• Collaborate with operations, brand management and the VM Manager to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in pre‑opening activities to ensure brand standards are correctly installed.
• Research market trends and lifestyle insights to keep displays current.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of experience in visual merchandising or a related retail environment.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Good communication skills to train and coach store teams.
