Group, Conference, and Events Sales Director

About the role

As the Group, Conference and Events Sales Director at Hilton, you will lead the hotel’s group revenue strategy, creating memorable experiences for guests while driving revenue across rooms, catering, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute the group sales strategy to meet annual revenue targets for group rooms and banquets.
• Develop and implement commercial plans that align Rooms, Catering, and Event revenue with broader hotel objectives.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership to set pricing and rate strategies that maximize market share.
• Use performance metrics, demand forecasts, and competitive insights to adjust sales plans and deployment.
• Contribute to the hotel’s Annual Strategic Intentions and Commercial Strategy alongside regional sales, revenue, and marketing teams.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate a high‑performing sales team through performance management and professional development.
