Group, Conference, and Events Sales Manager

About the role

As a Group, Conference and Events (GCE) Sales Manager at Hilton, you will lead strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue and create memorable guest experiences. You will work closely with hotel teams to align sales activities with the brand’s hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive GCE revenue by maximizing group, conference, and event sales through proactive selling and strong conversion of inquiries.
• Optimize business performance by reviewing plans, identifying revenue gaps, and implementing initiatives to meet commercial targets.
• Lead sales strategy execution, ensuring departmental activities align with the hotel’s selling strategy and adapt to market conditions.
• Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring local market trends and competitor activity to refine sales tactics.
• Ensure process accuracy with regular spot checks on bookings to support audit readiness and high‑quality execution.
• Promote the hotel by organizing and participating in promotional activities that increase visibility and drive GCE business.
• Inspire and develop the team through supervision, coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
