Group, Conference & Events Sales Executive

About the role

As a Group, Conference and Events Sales Executive at Hilton, you will be the face of the hotel for corporate and social gatherings. Your primary goal is to convert enquiries into bookings, drive revenue, and ensure every event delivers a memorable experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound group and event enquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings while meeting sales targets.
• Identify upselling opportunities and apply high‑quality sales tactics to increase conversion rates.
• Manage the events calendar to optimise space utilisation and yield.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and expanded business.
• Arrange and lead site visits, showcasing hotel spaces and services aligned with client expectations.
• Coordinate accurate administration and handover of booked events for seamless on‑property execution.
• Participate in promotional activities that raise the hotel’s visibility and drive GCE business.
