About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert at Marriott, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction is memorable and seamless. You will guide guests throughout their stay, from check‑in to check‑out, while delivering personalized service that reflects Marriott’s commitment to wonderful hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest arrivals, departures, and reservations efficiently.
• Address guest requests, resolve issues, and provide local area information.
• Complete operational reports and maintain accurate records.
• Uphold safety standards, company policies, and confidentiality at all times.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, or carrying items up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
