About the role
The Guest Relations Officer for the OWV Lounge will be the face of our luxury resort, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless experience. You will act as a key ambassador of the Anantara brand, anticipating needs and delivering personalized service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, handling inquiries and requests promptly.
- Anticipate guest needs and propose tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Resolve guest issues efficiently and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and special arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
Required profile
- College degree in hotel management or a related field.
- Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Front Office Systems.
