Guest Service Agent – Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress

About the role
Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Food & Beverage Waiter at Hilton, you will create memorable experiences for guests by delivering friendly, attentive service throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat attitude and look for ways to make each meal special.
- Master the menu, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system and deliver orders promptly with attention to detail.
- Maintain a fully stocked, clean and organized food service station.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
