About the role
The Guest Service Officer is based in the front office of Grand Hyatt Kuwait City, serving as the first point of contact for guests. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent and consistent level of service while supporting the smooth operation of the rooms division.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent and consistent service to guests throughout their stay.
- Handle front‑office operations including check‑in, check‑out and reservations.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
- Coordinate with other rooms‑division departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote hotel services and upsell amenities.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum two years of experience in hotel operations.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Native‑level proficiency in Arabic.
