Guest Services Manager

About the role

The Guest Services Manager will be the face of Four Seasons Kuwait City, ensuring every guest receives a seamless, luxurious experience from arrival to departure. This senior position works closely with Executive Management and the Banqueting Manager to coordinate all front‑of‑house operations.

Key responsibilities

• Select, interview, train and evaluate Guest Services staff, including bell, valet and door teams.
• Maintain high standards of service, culture, and brand compliance across all guest‑facing areas.
• Coordinate event logistics with the Banqueting Manager and manage guest schedules.
• Oversee safe handling and security of vehicles, keys, luggage and other guest property.
• Act as a highly visible liaison in the lobby, representing executive leadership and addressing guest concerns promptly.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury or five‑star hotel.
• Proven leadership of multicultural teams.
• Strong organizational, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.
