About the role
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead kitchen operations for a premium experiential dining concept in Kuwait, focused on live‑fire Mediterranean‑inspired cuisine. You will be responsible for delivering a refined, upscale dining experience at scale while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute ingredient‑driven menus that align with premium casual and upscale standards.
- Ensure consistency, quality control, and cost efficiency across all kitchen operations.
- Build, train, and manage a high‑performing culinary team.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef specializing in Mediterranean cuisine (Italian/Northern Mediterranean preferred).
- Background in high‑volume premium casual or upscale dining concepts.
- Strong understanding of ingredient‑led cooking, plating, and guest experience.
- Proven leadership skills in team building, kitchen structuring, and cost control.
