About the role
The Head of Investor Relations will shape and execute the bank's investor communication strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives. This senior position ensures the bank’s financial performance and strategic direction are clearly presented to analysts, investors, and rating agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the investor relations strategy in line with the bank’s overall objectives.
- Enhance the bank’s public image to reflect strong, sustainable financial performance and prudent senior‑management strategy.
- Lead the planning and execution of investor communication events, ensuring compliance with group disclosure requirements.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial health reports, including quarterly and annual reports for current and potential investors.
- Arrange, manage, and supervise Quarterly/Annual Analyst Webcast Conference Calls in accordance with Boursa Kuwait regulations.
- Coordinate with rating agencies and equity analysts, responding promptly to queries and providing concise information.
- Ensure all investor‑facing materials accurately reflect the bank’s positive image and reputation.
- Supervise stakeholder collaboration to guarantee timely and effective event preparation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration.
- Professional certification: CFA.
- At least 10 years of relevant banking experience, including 4 years in a similar senior investor‑relations role.
