Head of Operations – Fashion Retail

About the role

The Head of Operations will lead multi‑brand fashion retail activities across GCC markets, driving sales growth, profitability and operational excellence. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee a network of area and store managers while ensuring a superior customer experience and compliance with retail standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate operations for multiple fashion retail brands across the GCC.
• Manage Area Managers and Store Managers, set KPIs and monitor performance.
• Implement SOPs, ensure retail compliance and enhance customer experience.
• Optimize inventory, coordinate merchandising and oversee omnichannel retail processes.
• Lead operational transformation initiatives, budgeting, and continuous process improvement.
• Develop and mentor teams to build a high‑performing operations function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of senior operations experience managing multi‑store or regional retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of the GCC retail market, preferably within luxury, premium or fast‑fashion segments.
• Proven expertise in P&L management, inventory control and commercial management.
• Male Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills.
