Head of Revenue Optimization

About the role

The Head of Revenue Optimization will lead Jazeera Airways' efforts to maximise passenger revenue across all markets. This senior position drives data‑led strategies for yield management, pricing control and demand forecasting to improve load factors, yields and overall route profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the Revenue Optimisation team, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
• Design and execute short, medium and long‑term inventory control strategies, including seat allocation and class management.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and booking patterns to uncover new revenue opportunities.
• Define optimal pricing structures and create innovative pricing products.
• Drive advanced analytics initiatives to minimise revenue leakage and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Oversee the efficient use of revenue management systems, automation tools and technology investments.
• Manage fare structures and pricing ranges across all markets and routes.
• Monitor external market dynamics and adapt strategies to protect and grow market share.
• Identify traffic flows and network revenue streams to optimise profitability.
• Benchmark industry best practices and continuously refine revenue management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Aviation Management, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• 15+ years of airline commercial experience with strong exposure to revenue management and pricing.
• At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in a revenue optimisation role within an airline.
• Strong understanding of network economics, demand behaviour and airline distribution channels.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills for both business and people challenges.
• Advanced data analysis and forecasting capability.
