About the role
The Healthcare Instructor will design, organise and deliver high‑quality healthcare training programmes, including courses certified by the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI). You will combine practical instruction with course administration, trainee support and business development.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver hands‑on training and assessments for healthcare professionals.
- Manage course schedules, certifications and equipment.
- Respond to trainee enquiries and provide ongoing support.
- Promote and grow the training portfolio, including corporate opportunities and a women‑only track.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Education, Public Health or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant healthcare, clinical or training experience.
- Eligibility to obtain ASHI Instructor Certification.
Required skills
- CPR and First Aid training knowledge.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online administrative systems.
