Helper & Driver for Workshop and Field Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Helper and Driver to support our workshop and field service teams in Kuwait. The role combines hands‑on assistance in mechanical and electrical tasks with driving technicians to various job sites.

Key responsibilities

• Assist mechanics and electricians during workshop and on‑site operations.
• Support installation, maintenance and repair of generators, tractors and other industrial equipment.
• Load and unload tools, equipment and parts safely.
• Keep the workshop and service vehicles clean and organized.
• Drive technicians and equipment to job locations across Kuwait.
• Perform basic inspections and prepare equipment before delivery.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Required profile

• Based in Kuwait with a valid Kuwait driving licence.
• Age preferably between 20 and 30 years.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors and in site conditions.
• Willingness to learn mechanical and electrical work.
• Good attitude, discipline and reliability.

Required skills

• Driving (valid Kuwait licence).
• Basic tool handling.
