Hostess – Front of House Guest Service

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. In this role you will create a pleasant dining experience for guests, manage reservations and seating, and ensure smooth front‑of‑house operations in a busy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a warm, courteous attitude.
• Manage reservations, waitlists and table turnover efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and ensure tables are set correctly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to optimize service flow.
• Provide menus, answer initial guest questions and handle inquiries promptly.
• Monitor guest flow, adjust seating arrangements as needed, and address feedback.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer‑service role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team‑player with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
