About the role

Four Seasons is seeking a friendly and efficient Hostess to welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth seating experience in its award‑winning hotel restaurant in Kuwait City. You will be the first point of contact for diners, creating a warm and professional atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly while handling reservations and table assignments.
• Prepare the dining area by ensuring tables, menus, and stations are clean, set, and ready for service.
• Maintain station charts, cover counts, and update guest preferences using the reservation system.
• Provide accurate menu information, answer guest inquiries, and resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Assist with food and beverage service when needed and support colleagues in daily operations.
• Uphold Four Seasons service standards, safety procedures, and teamwork.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and a focus on guest service.
