Hostess – Premium Dining Team

About the role

We are seeking a professional and well‑presented Hostess to join our premium dining team. As the first point of contact, you will welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and help create a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Manage walk‑in and telephone/online reservations efficiently.
• Create and adjust seating plans to optimise table turnover.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests and complaints.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the service team.
• Keep the reception area clean, organised and welcoming.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare daily reservation reports and updates.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene and safety standards.

Required profile

• Female candidates are preferred.
• Previous experience as a Hostess, Guest Relations Executive, Receptionist or similar hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, pleasant personality and positive attitude.
• Strong customer‑service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation management systems.
• Basic computer application skills.
