About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures every guest experiences a clean, welcoming, and safe hotel environment. Working at Four Points by Sheraton in Kuwait City, you will be part of a team that creates memorable stays through meticulous housekeeping and attentive service.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces to brand standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, restock carts, and replenish supplies.
- Move throughout the hotel to perform duties, ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable.
- Follow safety protocols, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
- Uphold quality standards, professional appearance, and clear communication with guests and team members.
Required profile
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 lb.
- Commitment to a safe workplace, adherence to policies, and respect for guest privacy.
- Professional demeanor, reliable attendance, and strong teamwork orientation.
