HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Kuwait

About the role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with management and leadership teams to align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The role provides strategic support and advice on organizational design, talent management, performance management, employee relations and workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
• Advise on talent management and employee relations to improve business performance.
• Act as a point of contact for employees and management on HR matters, help resolve conflicts and ensure fair treatment and adherence to company policies.
• Promote a positive work environment aligned with the company's values and culture.
• Use HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, report on key HR performance indicators and make data-driven decisions, including insights on engagement, retention and performance.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and labor laws, and recommend and implement best practices to improve HR operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an HRBP or HR generalist role with a solid understanding of HR practices.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and provide practical solutions.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Preferred: Master's degree and HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
