HR Business Partner Manager – Supply Chain & Manufacturing

About the role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager will act as the strategic people partner for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics and related support functions in Kuwait. You will align people strategies with business objectives, ensuring operational excellence across a largely blue‑collar workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to design and execute people strategies that drive growth, productivity and operational excellence.
• Provide proactive HR advice on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement.
• Lead employee‑relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations and conflict resolution.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development and capability‑building initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and talent‑gap analysis for both managerial and frontline roles.
• Lead employee‑engagement programmes to boost morale, retention and culture.
• Facilitate performance‑management processes, including goal setting, reviews, calibration and development planning.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait labour law, company policies and internal governance, and support compensation, benefits and HR operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven experience in workforce planning, employee relations, talent development and HR compliance.
