HR Supervisor – Full-Time Position in Kuwait

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to lead our human resources function in Kuwait. The successful candidate will manage daily HR operations, ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws, and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise HR staff and coordinate departmental activities.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare HR reports and contribute to strategic workforce planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
