HSE Manager – Oil & Gas EPC Projects

About the role

Archirodon is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental compliance on a major oil and gas EPC project in Kuwait. You will ensure that all operations meet the client’s (KNPC) standards and local regulations while fostering a culture of safety excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HSE management systems aligned with client requirements.
• Lead a team of HSE professionals, providing guidance, training and support.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and apply control measures.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and contractors to ensure HSE compliance throughout all project phases.
• Investigate incidents, accidents and near‑misses, determine root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and industry bodies to stay current on HSE regulations and best practices.
• Prepare and submit required HSE reports and documentation to the client and authorities.
• Promote safety awareness through training, communication and engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Sc., B.Tech or BE).
• Minimum 15 years of HSE experience in EPC projects within oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical or heavy chemicals sectors.
• Proven experience on large‑scale oil & gas and marine projects.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic knowledge is a plus.
