HSE Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an HSE Supervisor to join our HSE team on a project in Kuwait, supporting the HSE Manager and ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are met throughout the EPC project.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HSE Manager in daily operations and guide HSE Officers.
• Implement the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) for HSE aspects across the project.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and ensure workforce awareness of HSE hazards.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents and near‑misses, taking corrective actions.
• Maintain schedules for meetings, emergency drills, inspections and audits.
• Respond promptly to reports of non‑compliance, unsafe conditions or activities.
• Follow‑up and close‑out corrective actions arising from operational activities and audits.
• Implement and monitor project HSE plans, procedures and KNPC safety requirements.
• Conduct routine site inspections to identify unsafe acts, conditions and environmental hazards.
• Ensure compliance with Permit‑to‑Work systems, approved Method Statements and Risk Assessments.

Required profile

• NEBOSH Certificate (minimum requirement).
• 12+ years of relevant HSE experience, with mandatory EPC project background.
• Excellent knowledge of HSE standards and strong reporting skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Organised, committed and detail‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinker, results‑driven and capable of problem‑solving.
