Identity and Access Management (IAM) Subject Matter Expert

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Subject Matter Expert to lead a comprehensive review of our client’s IAM landscape in Kuwait. The role involves assessing current processes, tools, and technologies, and designing a future-state roadmap aligned with industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct an end‑to‑end assessment of IAM policies, processes, Single Sign‑On (SSO), Entra ID, and related tools.
• Evaluate Privileged Access Management (PAM) and User Access Review (UAR) for personal data processing systems, databases, and applications.
• Design and implement access recertification workflows and certification record processes.
• Assess backup and restore procedures, retention policies, and potential unauthorized data exfiltration risks.
• Deliver a detailed to‑be roadmap and recommendations within a six‑month project timeline.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of hands‑on experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Proven track record of leading IAM assessments and transformation projects.
• Willingness to work onsite in Kuwait for the project duration.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
